IMHO, programs like Tech, JMU and Liberty


wouldn't benefit if they made the game more offensive-minded. Tech and JMU have had success vs. the bluebloods because they have had excellent pitchers like Tincher and Rochard for Tech and Ford, Good and Alexander for JMU. Pitching seems to be an equalizer for the non-traditional powers. Tincher and Rochard are comparable to Tech football when Michael Vick was the starting QB.
